Question, I am 48.7 miles from a a travel position so I do not qualify for the stipend as it needs to be > 50 miles. This would be my first assignment, is there anything I can do? They also would decrease my rate by 2$ to be a local traveler. I’m afraid the extra money I gross will just be taxed.. advice
