Looking for advice and input. I switched specialties two years ago and have been working in pre-op/ Phase 2 recovery the last couple years. I did med-surg/ortho prior to this but I’m out of practice with that type of setting. Pre-op seems to be hard to find as a traveler and I’m wondering if anyone here has been able to do that consistently. If not, how do you feel about going back into med-surg travel when you are 2 years out? Would I be crazy to step back into that role as a traveler? Feeling conflicted.
