Hoping for some advice…I have been and nurse for 8 yrs, 6 med surg, 1 clinic, and 1.5 ER. My ER experience is in a critical access hospital. I got an offer to anothe mr critical access hospital but also got interviewed by. Level 1 trauma center. Haven’t had an offer, but not sure that jumping into a Level 1 trauma center is the smartest or safest move if I did get the offer…thoughts? Thank you!
