Hey. I have a question about GA license reinstatement and wasn’t sure where to ask. I had a single state license for GA that expired as I have a TN compact license. I just moved to GA and am trying to get my GA license reinstated. They want something for continuing education. One of the options is verification of competency/active practice form. Can this be filled out by my employer I just left in TN? Or does it have to be a GA facility? It says they need to be licensed by O. C. G. A. 31–7, but I am unable to access the website provided to see if my former hospital was licensed. Thank you.
