First assignment at a Veterans Home. I show up thinking I’m going to be a “cart” nurse and they introduce me as “travel RN supervisor”, a role I have never ever had any experience in. They are orienting me and act as though it’s no big deal. Even my recruiter said “roll with it bc it will look good on your resume and give you good experience.” Had this Ever happened to anyone else? By the way this place is major short staffed and I wonder if this has anything to do with it.
