Arbitration agreement? I was sent one after being w my agency for a year (upstate NY). This comes on the eve of a contract at a new location. I don’t see how agreeing to limit my options benefits me, only them. It also feels like a red flag that something may be wrong/ about to be wrong. Anyone have any insight on these?
